Crackington shop/post office will no longer be a collection point for prescriptions as from 15th August. As from 3rd September prescriptions may be collected from Crackington Snooker Club between 1.15-3pm. A consent form will be required before your prescriptions may be sent there. Alternatively you may request via the consent form for your prescription to be sent to Wainhouse or Marshgate instead. In the meanwhile throughout July and August, two months supply of prescriptions will be sent to all Crackington collection patients to allow time for the alternative arrangements to be made. Consent forms are currently available from the surgery (and also via the website take me there) and will also be sent out with your next prescription.

As from July we will no longer be running clinics outside of the usual working hours (i.e. 6.30-9.30pm). An additional clinic will be provided during the day. We apologise for any inconvenience and will aim to update you with regards to further provisions, in the not too distant future.

We have recently changed our computer system to EMIS; this change has not been an easy as anticipated so please bear with us whilst we get back up to speed.
